For the best corrosion resistance and heat transfer possible, all of our boiler’s fireboxes and outer drums are constructed from Domestic 409 Titanium Enhanced Stainless Steel.

Not all 409 Stainless Steel is created equal. Imported stainless steel has lower quality control standards causing a variety of problems in outdoor wood furnaces. The firebox and water jacket are the most important design features of any boiler system which is why all Crown Royal Stoves are manufactured with Domestic 409 Titanium Enhanced Stainless Steel.
